Flowers

I don't know why, but those floral prints that look like they belong on your grandmother's couch really appeal to me. It probably helps that those kind of patterns were mainstream during the summer. I'm not too sure if they're still in fashion, but stuff like that doesn't affect me much anyway.



I feel like these prints are tacky to most people, but since I have questionable tastes, they're cool to me.

The Blues

I don't know why, but January was my official blues month. My best friend was John Lee Hooker with a sprinkle of B.B. King, and a guitar solo would impress me enough to make me just sit for while, and bask in the awesome.

I shouldn't actually be speaking in past tense, since Mr. Hooker accompanies me on the way home everyday. Even the air around him oozes nonchalance and knowledge of deeper stuff. He's that kind of guy who everybody stops whatever they're doing to listen to.

If there's anything cooler than a blues guitarist, I've never heard of it.

The Rager

So, Cudi's newest album, Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager, dropped in October of last year, and did pretty well. It followed the same story-telling type format as his previous album, but I feel like there were a couple of songs that didn't have anything to do with the story, and the story didn't completely unfold until the last few songs.

But, I still loved it, of course.

The 1950's probably had some of the best ads I have ever seen. They're also pretty funny.

What man golfs in his underwear?

I don't understand what this is supposed to be advertising, but it's pretty scary.
